about

Once upon a time in the town of Casper, Wyoming, Chris Bucheit & Cameron Maris met on October 3, 2000, and quickly formed a band called Zapruder in their dorm room. Zapruder (which later included Jason Roe on bass) had three or four original songs that we would play in rotation among our Green Day, Blink-182, and Bloodhound Gang covers in our friend Jada's grandma's basement. Zapruder was destined to be short-lived, but when we began recording our songs as Nineteen Cent Feast in 2008, the Zapruder originals were some of the earliest songs we put down.

For the 20th anniversary of the band and the friendship, we're re-releasing our earliest recordings, remixed for 2020, in the new compilation WHEN WE WERE PUNKS.
